Kuromaku Island (黒幕島, Kuromaku Tou) is the Kurokami Space Development Center, located right on the equator.[1] It houses the rocket Black Light (ブラック ライト, Burakku Raito), the vehicle meant to be used to reach the second Jet Black Wedding Feast's third stage, the moon.[2]

The rocket Black Light is considered a piece of Bukiko Udou's treasured collection. It is capable of reaching the moon in three days time.[2] It apparently cost one trillion, seven-hundred billion yen (twenty-one billion U.S. dollars).[3] The rocket is destroyed when Zenkichi Hitoyoshi and his Student Council crash their jet into it.[4]
